Explore some of the islands galleries and studios, shops, farms & wildlife reservations.
Regroup at 5:00 PM for a 30 minute Core Connect Method Yoga or resistance stretching class followed by a beach walk & sunset meditation.
7:30 PM Dinner at a restaurant of your choice.
